16:9 can't be cropped from a vertical film without losing the framing, so it's produced as a separate video rather than a reformat.

Before you order

  • You'll email us 1–5 photos of your product. One works, more angles give better results.
  • Pricing covers one product or SKU per order. More than one, and we'll quote it.
  • A creative concept is one approved visual direction — the storyline, look, setting and shot direction.
  • A revision adjusts that approved concept: pacing, shot selection, product positioning, text, minor visual changes.
  • A different storyline, setting or direction is a new concept, not a revision, and is quoted separately.
  • We don't recreate real brand logos or trademarks, or feature people.
  • If we can't do your project, you get a full refund.
  • Once your film is delivered, the order is final.
